About Phd. Dr. Manu Magistro
Initial years of practice like employee, and development the proper skills bring to the new experience to be an owner and ownership and running the day-to-day practice in 3 Medical Physio.
The adventure start there with 14 hours a day of hard works in coordinate people, clients, staff, create procedure, control the daily medical practice and less and less time for his family and personal interests and a quantity of stress to handle. This led her to engage in an extensive search for something that would allow her to scalable the business, and define clear procedure and make simple the workflows and the organization but specially make easy the control and have more time for family. standardized the practice, and create organization and flows to handle all the 3 center in the same way and coordinated all the practice 40 staff involved, and having control on this.
With the discovery of a powerfully effective system of management training and coaching, she found exactly what she was looking for. Implementation of its standard methods brought rapid growth of the Spa, prosperity and establishment, create a real structure where people can be productive and happy, and the growth is growing fast every years of 70%. And where the resourse are happy to works live and stay for long time, becoming a stable data, and the owner of the practice has fully control of the activities and more time for the family and life.
About Dr. Joel Parker
Initial years of practice ownership relied heavily on Joel’s involvement in the day-to-day details of running his practice and less and less time for his family and personal interests.
This led him to engage in an extensive search for something that would allow him to get his life back. With the discovery of a powerfully effective system of management training and coaching, he found exactly what he was looking for.
Implementation of its specific tried-and-true principles and methods brought rapid prosperity and established real structure within the practice resulting in him being able to have the freedom and resources needed to live his life and while at the same time be in way better control of his practice.
After a long successful 17 year run at ownership Joel realized that his true calling was helping other practice owners achieve what he had done, thus leading to the founding of Veterinary Practice Solutions as a stable base to bring these solutions to them.
About Jeff Lee
Jeff has been a licensed consultant for more than 35 years. He built an executive training and consulting company for Physical Therapists from the ground up which made its way onto Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Hot 100 List” and set an industry standard for being the fastest growing company of its type internationally for 5 years in a row – many of whose client’s are now Inc. 500 award winners and have won practice of the year awards in their regions.
Jeff’s objective with his clients is to get them to be in complete control of their business, being able to run it smoothly and successfully to a point where they are able to step away from the day-to-day operations and thus create the freedom to do what they want.
He has achieved this with 100’s of clients, who have started in all manner of situations both good and bad. After becoming trained on his program most of them end up becoming leaders and mentors to others in their own professions.
